Apparently Coulons believes that Hammas won Palestinian elections due to their stand on corruption,and their commitment to help ordinary Palestinians who had grown weary of the corruption and ineffectiveness of the Palestinian government of Fatah.
Both these assertions are facts,and many people in the know have said as much on numerous occassions.
Coulon also said that Hammas should be seen as more than just a terrorist group and not be isolated.
A very reasonable proposition,as they were democratically elected .But according to the morons at B’nai Brith such opinions are indicative of an anti-Israeli bias.
Isn’t everyone thought, if they dare to criticize Israeli actions or policy,at least in the eyes and “logic” of B’nai Brith.
But thankfully the Liberal Party chose to stand by Mr Coulon in the face of these ridiculous accusations.
The Liberal party defended Coulon, saying it is proud to have him as a candidate.

The BC branch of B’nai Brith has launched their standard attack of accusing and labeling. People and web sites that are critical of Israel as being anti-semitic.
It seems when ever Israel and the holocaust are raised or mentioned,reason goes out the window.

For instance if a Nobel Peace Prize Laureate was shot with rubber bullets any where else but in Israel there would be hell to pay.
B’nai Brith’s latest claims of anti-semitism are being leveled at Peace,Earth,and Justice News a web site located in Victoria B.C.
The news is out: I’m a hate-filled, anti-semitic, racist.
